Claims (1)
- 砒素化合物と還元性ガスとを反応させて金属砒
素を還元析出させる金属砒素の還元炉において、
該還元炉は並列に且つ水平に配置された複数本の
反応管と、該反応管を境として上下に二分割可能
な加熱用電気炉と、上側加熱用電気炉の昇降機構
とを具えて成り、該加熱用電気炉は反応管の長手
方向に高温部と低温部に区分され、且つ高温部と
低温部との境界には水冷ジヤケツトを具えたこと
を特徴とする金属砒素還元炉。
