    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 給水路７と蒸気又は湯の回収路６との間に、第
    １熱交換器Ａ及び第２熱交換器Ｂを設け、前記第
    １及び第２熱交換器Ａ，Ｂに高温ガスを供給する
    バーナ２、及び、そのバーナ２に燃焼用酸素含有
    ガスを加圧供給するコンプレツサー１２、及び、
    そのコンプレツサー１２に連動連結して前記第１
    熱交換器Ａから前記第２熱交換器Ｂへの高温ガス
    供給路１５に介装したガスタービン１６から成る
    ボイラであつて、前記第２熱交換器Ｂに設けた複
    数の煙管５の出口部夫々に位置させて消音器４１
    を設けてあるボイラ。
