Claims (1)
- ウエハの着脱および処理が可能なウエハホルダ
をウエハ着脱位置とウエハ処理位置との間で回転
させる駆動手段と、当該駆動手段の動きを機械的
に停止させるものであつて位置調節が可能であり
、その位置調節によつてウエハ処理位置のウエハ
ホルダの角度調節が可能な停止手段とを備える装
置において、前記停止手段によつて前記駆動手段
を停止させたことを検出する検出手段を、前記停
止手段に取り付けてそれと共に動くようにしてい
ることを特徴とするウエハホルダ駆動装置。
