Claims (1)
- エアーシリンダー本体内に、隔壁をへだててピ
ストン収納室とオイルバスを設け、前記ピストン
収納室とオイルバスを連通孔にて連通するととも
に前記連通孔部にスピードコントロール用ニード
ルバルブを設け、さらに前記オイルバスとピスト
ン収納室にそれぞれエアー取入口を設けたことを
特徴とするエアーシリンダーによる低油圧変換機
付シリンダー。
