気蒸し器等、蒸気を使用する電気加熱調理器の蒸気発生
装置の改良に関するものである。本発明の改良の対象と
なる従来のこの稲の蒸気発生装置を第5図について説明
する。1は上部に水タンク2を載置し、下方に排水筒3
を取付けた給水槽で、その底面に設けた排水口4にはば
ね5により押上げられて排水口4を開くように付勢され
た排水弁6が設けである。7は水タンク2の底面に設け
た作動軸で、満水した水量/り2を給水槽1に載置する
と作動軸7は排水弁6をばね5に抗して押下げて排水口
4を閉じる。8は排水筒3から排出される排水を収容す
る排水容器である。9は水タンク2の底部に設けた図示
してない給水口を常時閉じるよう付勢された給水弁で、
水量/り2を給水槽1に載置したとき、給水槽1に設け
である突起10がこれに当接すると、給水弁9は図示し
てない水タンク2の給水口を開いて水タンク2内の水を
給水槽1内に流下させる。11はヒータを備えたボイラ

が困難になる。そしてボイラ11のヒータスイッチは水
タンク2をセットするときに同時にオンになっているの
でボイラに水が不足するとボイラの空たきが行なわれる
ことになる。このボイラの空たきは器具を損傷するばか
υでなく、火傷の危険がある。このような現象は、この
装置の使用中に水タンク2が振動によって移動したシ、
あるいは、水タンク2を誤って取シはすしたシした場合
にもおこる。本発明はこのような現象のおこるおそれの
ない構造を備えた電気加熱調理器の蒸気発生装置を提供
することを発明の目的とするものである。
