- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 液体によつて橋格可能に離間配置した少な
くとも二本のセンサ導体を有するセンサと、この
センサのセンサ導体間に給電する電源と、この電
源に直列に接続されてセンサ導体間に励起電圧を
与えるバイパス電源と、前記センサのセンサ導体
間の電圧を測定して液体によるセンサ導体間の橋
絡に基づく電圧降下によつて液体の到来を検知す
る電圧測定手段とを備える液体検知装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の液
体検知装置において、電源は交流電源であり、バ
イアス電源は直流電源であることを特徴とする液
体検知装置。
