ヒータ、４は電源、５は直流定電流源、６はアン
プ、７は交流定電流源、８は信号処理回路、９は
キヤパシタ、１０は抵抗器である。なお各図中同
一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 電源に直列に接続されたヒータと、このヒータ
の一端にキヤパシタを経由して直列に接続された
交流定電流源と、上記ヒータの両端にキヤパシタ
を経由して並列に接続され、上記ヒータの両端に
生じた交流電圧を検出する信号処理回路とを具備
したことを特徴とする温度モニタ装置。
