第１図は本考案のＡＣサーボモータコントロー
ラの一実施例を示すブロツク図、第２図は３相電
圧指令値１０を用いて、そのうちＵ相のみの対中
性点電圧を得る電圧指令値検出回路１１の構成を
示す図、第３図は電圧指令値検出回路１１が出力
する電圧指令値Ｖｕの波形と、実際のモータ端子
電圧Ｖｔとの比較図、第４図は、ゼロクロス検出
回路１２の構成図、第５図はその各信号のタイミ
ングを示す図、第６図はコントローラとモータ間
の各相配線が１相ずつずれて誤配線された場合の
磁極位置センサ信号とモータ端子電圧の位相関係
を示す図、第７図は磁極位置センサの誤配線でそ
の信号の極性が反転した場合の、磁極位置センサ
信号とモータ端子電圧の位相関係を示す図、第８
図は同期サーボモータのベクトル図、第９図はモ
ータ速度の増加によりモータ端子電圧Ｖｔと磁極
位置センサ信号Ｓｐとの位相差δが増加する状況

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 同期サーボモータを駆動するＡＣサーボモータ
    コントローラにおいて、 電流アンプが出力する電圧指令値の１相と中性
    点間の電圧指令値を検出する電圧指令値検出回路
    と、 該電圧指令値が、正転時には立上り方向に、逆
    転時には立下り方向に、それぞれ電圧ゼロ点を通
    過する時点を検出し、該時点を該電圧指令値に対
    応する相のモータ端子電圧がその電圧ゼロ点を通
    過する時点として出力するゼロクロス検出回路と
    、 前記ゼロクロス検出回路が該時点を出力したと
    き、磁極位置センサ信号と前記端子電圧との位相
    差を検出して、該位相差が±９０°の範囲を越え
    たとき、暴走と判定してアラーム処理のためのア
    ラーム処理回路を起動する位相比較回路を有する
    ことを特徴とするＡＣサーボモータコントローラ
    。
