In FIGS. 1 and 2, the fully molded insulating frame 1 has a box-like configuration with only the front side open and the other five sides closed, with a top wall 1a and left and right side walls 1.
b, 1b, a back wall 1c and a bottom wall 1d,
A metal leg 2 is attached under the bottom wall 1d. The legs 2 are fixed with bolts 3, 3 passed through four bolt insertion grooves provided on the front, rear, left and right sides of the bottom wall 1d. In the full mold insulation frame 1, in the upper part where the contact mechanism including the vacuum interrupter 4 is disposed, there are two vertical interphase barriers 1e, 1e connecting the top wall 1a and the back wall 1c, which are sufficient for interphase insulation. The rib 1f is formed at a lower position and continues to a rib 1f that projects horizontally from the inner surface of the rear wall 1c. The top wall 1a and the back wall 1c are the left and right side walls 1.
Vertical and horizontal reinforcing ribs 1g, 1h, and 1i are integrally formed on the outer surfaces of the top wall 1a and the back wall 1c, and are formed at positions slightly inward from the top walls 1a and 1b. The rear wall 1c is configured to have necessary structural strength.

It is placed on the wall 1a and fixed with bolts 7, 7 and nuts 8, 8, and is attached to the upper wall 1a. The bolts 7, 7 pass through bolt holes 9, 9 that are previously provided through the upper wall 1a, but the bolt heads are sunk into shallow detent grooves 10, 10 formed on the inner surface of the upper wall 1a. A bolt insertion groove 13 is provided which communicates the through hole (not shown) of the main circuit lower terminal 11 with the nut mounting pocket 12. The main circuit lower terminal 11 has a shallow groove-shaped stopper 14 that holds it.
The locking portion 14a of this stopper 14 is

The bolt 15 is to be installed by temporarily tightening the nut 16 to the bolt 15 passed through the stopper 14 and the main circuit lower terminal 11, and then inserting the shaft of the bolt 15 into the bolt insertion groove 13, then tightening the nut 16.
This can be done easily by inserting the bolts into the nut mounting pockets 12 and turning the bolts 15 in this order.

The disadvantage is that the overall size of the device increases. It is also possible to downsize the insulation frame by reducing the insulation distance between the phases, but in order to reduce the insulation distance between the phases, it is necessary to increase the size of the reinforcing ribs 1i that lengthen the insulation distance on the upper wall 1a of the insulation frame, or to reduce the insulation distance between the phases. It becomes necessary to make the barrier 1e thicker. Furthermore, the conventional vacuum switchgear has the following drawbacks in terms of assembly (connection on the fixed terminal side).

In this case, when connecting the two, there is no means for fixing the vacuum interrupter, so special means must be used to firmly hold it while connecting the upper terminal of the main circuit. , the task is very difficult.

There is a problem that requires a stop mechanism.

In FIG. 5, an insulating soft material 41 is placed in the gap between the vacuum interrupter 32 and the cylindrical partition wall 31a.
The purpose is to prevent the outer wall of the vacuum interrupter 32 from rust and protect it from dust and the like, and to ensure creepage insulation distance between the phases. In the assembly operation shown in FIG. 5, the cylindrical partition wall 31a is further filled with an insulating member. In the case of FIG. 5, the vacuum interrupter 32 is pushed into the cylindrical partition 31a, and in a state where the vacuum interrupter 32 is lifted from the bottom by the thickness of the insulating ring 39, a particularly soft material 41 among the insulating members is filled. Then, this insulating member enters between the vacuum interrupter 32 and the bottom, and the insulating end plate 32 of the vacuum interrupter 32
The insulation strength of part a increases. In this state, attach the main circuit upper terminal 5 and connect the vacuum interrupter 3.

The main circuit upper terminal 5 extends radially across the upper part of the main circuit 1a.
By providing this terminal, the vacuum interrupter 32 is pressed downward, that is, to the bottom, so a nut 35 is screwed to connect the fixed lead rod of the vacuum interrupter 32 and the main circuit upper terminal 5. At this time, the vacuum interrupter 32 can be firmly connected without using any special means unlike the conventional ones, and the vacuum interrupter 32 can be firmly connected to the bottom and the insulating packing 39.
Due to the contact resistance caused by the pressing force on the nut, there is no possibility of the nut turning when screwed together.

る。 In each of the above embodiments, the partition wall surrounding the vacuum interrupter is described as being cylindrical, but it is not limited to being cylindrical, and may be any polygonal shape such as a quadrangle or triangle, or an elliptical shape as long as it is cylindrical. . In addition, since the vacuum interrupter is formed with a metal cup facing down on the insulating end plate, even if the main circuit upper terminal is attached and the vacuum interrupter is assembled in a pressed state inside the cylindrical bulkhead, this pressing compression force will not be applied to the vacuum. This pressing compression force is effectively absorbed and alleviated by the metal cup portion without destroying the interrupter.

インタラプタが破壊することが無く、圧縮力が
メタルカツプ部に効果的に吸収緩和される。(c) The end plate is used only in one place, and the vacuum container of the vacuum interrupter is mainly formed of a metal cup, so even if the terminal is attached and the vacuum interrupter is assembled in a pressed state, the interrupter will not close due to the pressure compression force. It does not break and the compressive force is effectively absorbed and alleviated by the metal cup.
