    Ｃテストクリツプにおいて、前記プローブ接続ピ
    ンのピンヘツド部分を千鳥状に配列したことを特
    徴とするＩＣテストクリツプ。 (2) プローブ接続ピンは、クリツプ本体上端面
    からほぼ垂直に立上げて配置したピンの中間部分
    を前記クリツプ本体上端面の長手方向に対して互
    いに直交する方向に交互に折曲げ、次いでピン上
    端部分を更に前記クリツプ本体上端面に対し、ほ
    ぼ直立する方向に立上げてそのピンヘツドを千鳥
    状に配列したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載のＩＣテストクリツプ。
