Claims (1)
- ＩＣテスタからの信号によりＩＣの良否を自動
的に判定し仕分けするオートハンドラとテストヘ
ツドを、該テストヘツドに固定されたパフオーマ
ンスボードにコンタクトピンを接触させることに
より電気的に接続するＩＣテスタのテストヘツド
接続構造において、前記コンタクトピンを前記パ
フオーマンスボードに対して相対的に微小振動さ
せるようにしたことを特徴とするＩＣテスタのテ
ストヘツド接続構造。
