- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 金属外囲器及びその両側のガラス外囲器と
からなる真空外囲器内に、陰極と陽極ターゲツト
が対向配設されてなるＸ線管において、 上記金属外囲器は、高強度金属の内面に黒色層
が形成され、外面に高熱伝導性を有する金属が貼
り合わされた多重金属板からなることを特徴とす
るＸ線管。 (2) 上記高強度金属はステンレス鋼であり、上
記高熱伝導性を有する金属は銅又はアルミニウム
である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のＸ線
管。
