A is a piston-type concrete pump; They are made up of two units and operate with a 180° phase, and alternately repeat the operation of sucking in concrete from the hopper through a hopper and a valve (not shown), and then discharging the sucked concrete. It's summery. Concrete discharged from the concrete pump a is pumped to a transport pipe e via a Y-shaped pipe b, a bent pipe c, and a connecting pipe d, and concrete is poured at a casting site.

Of these, the transport pipe e has a long overall length and cannot be easily washed with water, so a water washing adapter f is prepared in advance. In the flushing adapter f, a cleaning material h such as a sponge ball is housed in a container g whose top is open, and a nipple i for connecting a water pipe such as a water pipe protrudes from the bottom of the container g. It has been established.

The joint k connecting the lower end of the pipe c to the bent pipe c is removed, and the connecting pipe d is removed. Then, as shown in FIG. 2, the water washing adapter f is connected to the transport pipe e using the joint j, and the water pipe l is connected to the nipple i. In this state, when water from the pump is supplied from the water pipe l to the flushing adapter f, the cleaning material h such as a sponge ball is pushed out into the transport pipe e by the water pressure and moves within the transport pipe e. As a result, the cleaning material h cleans the inner surface of the transport pipe e, and also serves to push out residual concrete so that it does not mix with water.

る。 In this embodiment, in the concrete pump described above, the cleaning material container 15 is fixed above the Y-shaped pipe 20 and the front side is opened, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9. When washing the movable transport pipe 11 and the fixed transport pipe (not shown) with water, the joint 8 connecting the Y-shaped pipe 20 and the movable pipe 9 is removed, and the movable pipe 9 is rotated upward around the joint 10. Then, as shown in FIG. 10, one end of the movable pipe 9 is connected to the cleaning material storage container 15 through the joint 8, and water is pumped through the water distribution pipe 16. As a result, the cleaning material 17 is pushed out into the movable pipe 9, and the movable transport pipe 1
1. The fixed transport pipe (not shown) will be washed with water.

Since the structure is such that the equipment is installed at a position on the trajectory of the pipe, when the inside of the transport pipe is washed with water after concrete pouring, one end of the movable pipe is disconnected from the connection with the discharge pipe and the movable pipe is turned into a pendulum type. One end of the movable tube can be immediately connected to the cleaning material storage container by simply swinging the tube, and the movable tube can be used to instantly and easily switch between pouring concrete and washing with water. There is no need to prepare a separate container or carry heavy objects, so the work requires less manpower and takes less time, and the remaining concrete on the pump side can be easily disposed of.
