Each end is stacked in a positional relationship in which the ends are shifted by the required distance in the fiber direction and the uneven parts of each end engage with each other on the upper and lower surfaces, and the upper and lower surfaces are approximately flat. We have proposed a laminate in which the plate body is bent and deformed in the thickness direction according to the unevenness. Since the bent portions of each plate in this laminated plate are non-linear, external forces acting on the adhesive surfaces at the bent portions of the laminated plate can be dispersed, and the plate is characterized by high strength.

The uneven portions appearing on the top surface and the uneven portions appearing on the bottom surface are in a positional relationship where they engage with each other! a
The GT layered material is layered and each plate is bent in the thickness direction at a position corresponding to the uneven portion, so that the upper and lower surfaces are substantially planar. The second aspect of the present invention is to produce a divided laminate having a divided cut surface with at least one flat surface by cutting the divided laminate in the direction in which the cut surface is cut. The plate bodies are layered in a VI layer at required intervals in the longitudinal direction and in a positional relationship such that the uneven portions appearing on the upper surface and the uneven portions appearing on the lower surface engage with each other, and each plate body corresponds to the uneven portion. The laminated material is bent in the thickness direction at a certain position and the upper and lower surfaces are substantially planar. The laminated material is divided and cut in a direction substantially perpendicular to the thickness at an appropriate intermediate part in the thickness direction. The pieces are laminated and bonded together so that the divided cut surfaces face each other, thereby forming a laminated plywood board consisting of flat divided cut surfaces on both sides.

A laminated veneer material 7 whose upper and lower surfaces are substantially planar is formed. Then, the veneer laminated material 7 shown in FIG. 4 is formed by cutting the length in the fiber direction to a predetermined length for each required length. The veneer laminated material 7 has each uneven portion 3a.
3b, each veneer 1 bends and deforms in the thickness direction by the thickness of one veneer 1, but this bent portion is non-linear in the direction perpendicular to the fibers in accordance with the uneven portions 3a and 3b. Appears. In addition, as the area of the convex ends in the fiber direction of each of the convex and convex portions 3a and 3b gradually decreases, the convex and convex portions 3 on the upper surface
Since the veneers 1 are stacked in such a position that the veneers a and the uneven portions 3b on the lower surface engage with each other, the peaks of the uneven portions 3a and 3b can be easily removed as the veneer laminated group 5 is pressed. It is possible to press and deform it into a flat shape.

In general, since the length L of each veneer 1 in the m-minor direction and the thickness T of the veneer laminate 7 to be formed are determined in advance, the plate strength required for the divided laminate 9 can be adjusted. Accordingly, the mutual spacing 11 between the ends of each veneer 1 and the thickness t of the veneer 1 are set appropriately.

The veneers are laminated by being temporarily bonded so as to maintain a positional relationship in which the uneven portion 3a of the end portion 1a and the uneven portion 3b of the other end portion 1b engage with each other on the upper and lower surfaces with the required spacing l. Group 5 is formed. The veneer stack group 5 formed as described above is cut into lengths in the fiber direction of the veneer stack group 5 by a fixed length cutting device 15 such as a circular saw disposed on the lower side in the conveyance direction of the alignment conveyance device 11. The fibers are cut to the required length. Each veneer laminated group 5 that has been cut to a specified length is reduced in thickness by main pressing by a hot press type or cold press type main pressing device 17 disposed in the transport direction of the specified length cutting device 15. Pressure is applied in the horizontal direction, and the adhesive is cured. At this time, each veneer 1 constituting the veneer stack group 5 is bent in the thickness direction of the veneer stack group 5 according to the uneven portion 3a at one end 1a and the uneven portion 3b at the other end 1b. A laminated veneer material 7 is formed whose upper and lower surfaces are substantially planar. The bent portion of each veneer 1 becomes non-linear with respect to the direction perpendicular to the fibers, depending on the uneven portions 3a and 3b. In addition, the amount of bending of each veneer 1 is such that the uneven portion 3a located on the upper surface side and the uneven portion 3b located on the lower surface side are in a positional relationship where they engage with each other.
The thickness is equivalent to 11 veneers.

Two divided laminate plates 9 are simultaneously formed by dividing and cutting in the direction shown in FIG. The divisional cutting positions are appropriately set according to the thicknesses t1 and t2 of the upper divided laminate plate 9 and the lower divided laminate plate 9 to ensure sufficient plate strength. In this case, a divided laminate having planar upper and lower surfaces can be formed by dividing and cutting in a direction perpendicular to the thickness at a plurality of locations in the thickness direction. The divided laminate plate 9 formed as described above has a cut pattern in which the divided cut surfaces are approximately triangular in accordance with the uneven portions 3a and 3b and are shifted by approximately an interval 1 in the fiber direction.

However, the veneer laminate 7 is formed by continuously pressing the veneer laminate group 5 before being cut to a specified length, and then the veneer laminate 7 is divided and cut to form the divided laminate 9. Then, the divided laminate plate 9 may be cut into regular lengths. Alternatively, the veneer laminate 7 after continuous pressing may be cut into pieces after being cut to a fixed length.

When the board 1 is pressed in the thickness direction of a large number of laminated veneer groups 5 stacked with a required gap, the bending state of each veneer 1 is m.
They may have any shape, such as a square shape, a trapezoid shape, or a wave shape, which are non-linear with respect to the H orthogonal direction and which engage with each other. In addition, the one end 1a and the other end 1b of each veneer 1 are cut and removed to form the uneven parts 3a and 3b, but when the uneven parts 3a and 3b are formed in this way, the veneer 1 A part of the veneer 1 had to be cut and removed, and the material yield of the veneer 1 was poor. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6(A), both ends 31a and 3 of the first veneer 31 in the fiber direction are
In contrast to 1b, uneven portions 33a and 33 are formed by cutting the second veneer 33 into an uneven shape at the intermediate portion in the fiber direction.

may be formed. In this case, m1 of the first veneer 31 and the second veneer 33 to which the uneven parts 33a and 33b are joined
By making the n direction substantially orthogonal, a veneer laminate 7 is formed in which the fiber directions of the upper and lower surfaces and the intermediate portion are orthogonal to each other, thereby obtaining a divided gI laminate 9 in which the yaH directions of the upper and lower surfaces are different. Is possible. In addition, as shown in FIG.
After forming a and 37b, the uneven portion 37b is cut and formed.

The im plywood 61 is made by laminating and bonding two divided laminated plates 9 shown in FIG. 1 so that their undivided cut surfaces 9b face each other. This laminated plywood 61 has each division W4 on its upper and lower surfaces.
Since the divided cut surfaces 9a of the laminates 9 are located, each veneer 1 is shifted by approximately the distance l between each veneer 1 in the fiber direction, and each uneven portion 3a.
It has a pattern with a shape corresponding to 3b and has a high design effect. The laminated state of each divided laminate 9 may be such that the bent portions in the thickness direction of each divided laminate 9 almost match each other, but the laminated state may be such that the bent portions of each divided laminate 9 do not match. There may be. That is, when the bent parts of each divided laminate board 9 coincide, the board strength deteriorates because the bent part continues in the thickness direction of the laminated plywood 61; When not doing so, the bent portion becomes discontinuous in the thickness direction of the laminated plywood 61. For example, when an external force acts on the bent portion of the divided laminated board 9 located on the upper surface side of the laminated plywood 61, It is possible to absorb external force at the plane part of the divided laminated board 9 located on the lower surface side of the laminated plywood 61, and avoid external force from acting on the bent part of the divided 81-layered board 9 located below. 61 plate strength can be increased.

The cut pattern is rough and has a high design effect.
