保護カバーを備えた車輪の要部を示す平面断面図
である。第２図は第１図の通風穴が形成される前
の保護カバーを示す要部斜視図である。第３図は
第２図の保護カバーに打抜きにより通風穴を形成
する工程を示す図であつて、要部を示す断面図で
ある。第４図は従来の保護カバーに打抜きにより
底壁および周壁に開口する通風穴を形成する工程
を示す図であつて、第３図に対応する図である。 １８：デイスクロータ、２４：保護カバー、２
６：底壁、２８：周壁、３２：通風穴、３８：第
２の底壁、４２：閉曲線。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 デイスクロータと平行な底壁と該底壁の外周縁
から該デイスクロータ側へ延びる周壁とを備え、
車輪の内側において該車輪とともに回転するデイ
スクロータを覆うように取り付けられる一方、冷
却用の空気を前記デイスクロータへ導入するため
の通風穴が設けられた保護カバーにおいて、 前記底壁の外周側の一部を前記デイスクロータ
側へ接近させて、該底壁と平行な第２の底壁を形
成することにより前記保護カバーの外周側の一部
を階段状とし、前記底壁および該第２の底壁を通
る閉曲線によつて囲まれた部分を打ち抜くことに
より前記通風穴を形成したことを特徴とするデイ
スクロータ用保護カバー。
