本発明は、古い窓枠を改装して、これに新しい
窓枠を取付けようとする窓の改装方法に関し、特
に古い窓枠の枠主体をコンクリート基礎等の建造
物基台より除去することなく残存せしめ、これに
新しい窓枠の枠主体を覆包するように取付けて外

するために古い枠主体に補強板を溶着したり、あ
るいはホールインアンカー、ドライピツト等のア
ンカーボルトによつて補強板を古い枠主体に固着
し、該補強板に新しい枠主体を取付けるようにし
た技術が提案されている。而し、このように補強
板を古い枠主体に溶接するだけでは、矢張り古い
枠主体そのものが老朽化しているため補強板が古
い枠主体と共に建造物基台から剥離する危険があ
り、強度上不安定である。またアンカーボルトに
よつて補強板を建造物基台に固着するのでは、ア
ンカーボルトの植込み作業が面倒で能率が上ら
ず、また植込みの際に建造物基台自体を損傷させ

い枠主体が老朽化していても、これを直接的な取
付基台とするものでないから強固に新しい枠主体

けるに当つて、古い枠主体の左右縦枠ほぼ全域に

夫々古い枠主体の上下枠ほぼ全域に添接し、而し
て両縦枠補強部材と上下枠補強部材とを固着する
ことによつてこれら補強部材を枠組して古い枠主
体に圧接し、この枠組された補強部材内に新しい
枠主体を嵌め入れ、且つ該枠主体をアンカー金物
を介して上記各補強部材に溶接することによつて
新しい枠主体を古い枠主体に固着するようにした
