Claims (1)
- １軸方向に移動するテーブルにおいて、駆動さ
せるモーターと、回転運動を直線運動に変換する
機構を有し、モーターを制御する粗い分解能を持
つ回転量検出器とは別にテーブル位置を認識する
為の細かい分解能を持つ回転量検出器を有し、該
検出器の値を基に、テーブル特性データの補正を
加えて、位置認識をする事を特徴とする寸法測定
用移動テーブル。
