Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 動作指令および位置決め機能上パラメータ
    に基づいて制御信号を算出する数値制御部と、こ
    の数値制御部からの制御信号が駆動アンプを介し
    て与えられる駆動モータと、この駆動モータの回
    転角度および回転速度を検出し上記数値制御部お
    よび駆動アンプにフイードバツク信号をそれぞれ
    返還する検出器と、上記駆動モータにより回転駆
    動されるボールねじと、このボールねじの回転に
    よりボールねじにそつて移動するテーブルとを有
    する数値制御装置において、上記テーブルの機械
    原点からの絶対位置を計測する移動距離計測器と
    、この移動距離計測器からの計測値と上記動作指
    令とに基づき上記位置決め機能上パラメータを補
    正する演算部とを備えたことを特徴とする数値制
    御装置。 (2) 位置決め機能上パラメータとして、ボール
    ねじピツチ、１パルス当りの移動量、または検出
    器のギヤ比を用いることを特徴とする実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載の数値制御装置。 (3) 移動距離計測器は、機械原点に設けられた
    レーザ測長機と、テーブルの測定点に設けられた
    反射板とから構成されていることを特徴とする実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の数
    値制御装置。
