Claims (1)
- ピストン、シリンダー間に装着された気密用弾
性体によつて気密を保たれたシリンダー内に水素
吸蔵合金を配設し、水素吸蔵合金から吸収・放出
される水素の圧力変化によつてピストンを駆動す
るアクチユエータにおいて、上記シリンダー内に
、気密用弾性体の許容圧力より小さな平衡水素圧
力を有する、圧力上昇防止用の水素吸蔵合金をさ
らに配設したことを特徴とするアクチユエータ。
