第１図は本考案に係る過電流検出回路の構成を
示すブロツク図、第２図は第１図に示す過電流検
出回路の動作を説明する為の波形図で、同図イは
電流検出用抵抗器に所定時間継続する電流が流れ
た場合を示す波形図、同図ロはパルス電流が流れ
た場合を示す波形図、第３図は従来の過電流検出
回路の構成を示す回路図、第４図は第３図に示す
従来の過電流検出回路の動作を説明するための波
形図、第５図、第６図はそれぞれ本考案に係る過
電流検出回路の具体例を示す回路図である。 図中、１……電流検出用抵抗器、２，６，１６
……トランジスタ、３，５，７，８，９，１２，
１３，１４……抵抗器、１０……サイリスタ、１
１……コンデンサ、２１，２２，２３，２４，２
５，２６……端子、２８……ラツチ回路。

Claims (1)
- 電流検出用抵抗器の一端にトランジスタのエミ
ツタを接続し、該トランジスタのベースから抵抗
器を介して前記電流検出用抵抗器の他端に接続す
ると共に、該トランジスタのコレクタに該トラン
ジスタのＯＮ・ＯＦＦ動作のデユーテイサイクル
が所定の値以上であつたら過電流検出信号を出力
し且つ該過電流信号の出力状態を保持する回路を
接続したことを特徴とする過電流検出回路。
