パイロツト圧通路を形成し、このパイロツト圧通
路に及ぼすパイロツト圧により、ダイアフラムを
環状弁座に接離させて、上記二つの通路を開閉す
るダイアフラム型パイロツト操作開閉弁において
、上記ダイアフラムの環状弁座との対向部に、該
環状弁座に対して接離する環状ビードを突出形成
したことを特徴とするダイアフラム型パイロツト
操作開閉弁。
