Claims (1)
ラムを挟着し、この流路ブロツクに形成した開閉
すべき二つの通路を、該流路ブロツクの制御ブロ
ツク側端面に、環状弁座によつて画成して開口さ
せ、他方上記制御ブロツクには、この環状弁座の
反対側からダイアフラムにパイロツト圧を及ぼす
パイロツト圧通路を形成し、このパイロツト圧通
路に及ぼすパイロツト圧により、ダイアフラムを
環状弁座に接離させて、上記二つの通路を開閉す
るダイアフラム型パイロツト操作開閉弁において
、上記ダイアフラムの環状弁座との対向部に、該
環状弁座に対して接離する環状ビードを突出形成
したことを特徴とするダイアフラム型パイロツト
