  1. 磁性体基板上に固着される一対の磁気抵抗素子
    を有する磁気センサに於いて、前記一対の磁気抵
    抗素子がキヤリア移動度の高い半導体膜よりなり
    、長手方向が直交するように形成されることを特
    徴とした磁気センサ。
