Claims (1)
- エンジン本体の排気通路に介設されたタービン
に対して並列に連結されたバイパス通路を設け、
このバイパス通路を開閉操作する過給圧調整用の
ウエストゲートバルブを備えたエンジンの過給圧
制御装置において、車両のアクセルペダルの踏込
み位置を検出する位置検出器を設け、この位置検
出器からの検出信号にもとづいて前記ウエストゲ
ートバルブを強制的に開閉操作し、前記アクセル
ペダルの踏込み位置が所定の設定位置よりも小さ
い踏込み範囲の場合には通常制御機能によつてウ
エストゲートバルブを開閉制御させるとともに、
前記アクセルペダルの踏込み位置が所定の設定位
置以上に達した時点で前記ウエストゲートバルブ
を強制的に閉状態に切換え操作する加速時専用制
御機能を備えたコントローラを設けたことを特徴
とするエンジンの過給圧制御装置。
