Claims (1)
- ソース電極と基準電位との間に定電圧ダイオー
ドとコンデンサとが並列接続され、更にソース電
極と負電源との間に抵抗が接続された第１の電界
効果型トランジスタと、この第１の電界効果型ト
ランジスタのドレイン電極と基準電位との間に接
続された半導体レーザと、前記第１の電界効果型
トランジスタのドレイン電極に接続された直流バ
イアス電流供給回路とからなる半導体レーザ駆動
回路において、前記第１の電界効果型トランジス
タのドレイン電極にソース電極が接続され、自身
のドレイン電極と基準電位との間に抵抗が接続さ
れた第２の電界効果型トランジスタを設けたこと
を特徴とする半導体レーザ駆動回路。
