  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ びん、その他類似品のキヤツプであつて、こ
    れらびん等のネツクを実質的に周囲する第１パー
    ト２と、該第１パート２に屈曲自在に接合してび
    ん等の再シール可能な蓋を形成する第２パート４
    とからなり、該第１パート２の上方境界部８に取
    り付けられていて、少なくとも一部が該第２パー
    ト４の下方境界部９と共働してはぎ取り可能な閉
    鎖部を形成する環状はぎ取り式ストツプ５を有す
    ることを特徴とするキヤツプ。 ２ 上記第２パート４が突出したグリツプ手段１
    ０を有する、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記
    載のキヤツプ。 ３ 上記第２パート４がヒンジ手段３によつて上
    記第１パート２に屈曲自在に接合されている、実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項のいず
    れかに記載のキヤツプ。 ４ 上記第２パート４が下方境界縁９の下まで延
    びている円筒状内側部材１１を有し、かつ該円筒
    状内側部材は下部に向つて狭くなる円錐形であつ
    て該第２パートが閉蓋されるときにびん等の出口
    開口部の内境界部と共に密閉シールを形成する、
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項〜第３項のいずれ
    か１項に記載のキヤツプ。 ５ 上記ヒンジ手段３の領域近辺にある上記円筒
    状内側部材１１の一部が該円筒状内側部材１１の
    残余部よりも長くなつている、実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第４項に記載のキヤツプ。
