【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はケーブル線心相互間に介在を充填して
成る電気ケーブルの改良に関する。

ブルにおいては、ケーブル線心の撚合せ状態が崩
れないようにケーブル線心相互間に介在を充填す
ることが行われる。従来、この介在として使用さ
れている材料は次のようなものであり、それぞれ
問題を有していた。

とした材料を用いたことを特徴とする。本考案を

りすることにより紐状とした材料であるフイルム
は5〜40μm好ましくは5〜20μmの厚さのもの
を用いる。一枚のフイルムを紐状としても良く、
複数枚のフイルムを一括して紐状としても良い。

以上のように、本考案に係る電気ケーブルはシ
ースの押出時の熱(約200℃)より高い融点のポ
リエステル即ちポリエチレンテレフタレート
(256℃)またはポリブチレンテレフタレート
(218〜219℃)を用いているため、シースの押出
時の熱(約200℃)によつても介在が収縮するこ
とがなく、従つて蛇行等の生じない良好なケーブ
ルを製造することができる。また、ポリエステル
は吸湿性がなく、従つて、介在を乾燥する必要が
ないためケーブルを経済的に製造し得る。なお、
ポリエステルは厚肉の場合柔らかさに欠けるが、
本考案ではうすいフイルム状とし、これを紐状と
して使用しているから、適当な柔らかさを必要と
する介在として良好に使用し得る。
