  1. 外部の脱衣場所に面する壁に空気流通窓を設け
    、その内側に浴槽等への給湯配管の一部を近接さ
    せてこの部分を放熱管とし、該放熱管に対し切替
    バルブによるバイパス管を並設したことを特徴と
    するユニツトバス。
