Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 最初に最大容積となる圧縮室が閉じられる
位置に吸込ポートを設け、最大容積より小さい容
積となつた圧縮室が開かれる位置に外部へ連通す
る第１の吐出ポートを設け、前記吸込ポートに閉
じられてから前記第１の吐出ポートに開口するま
での圧縮室が開かれる位置に外部へ連通する第２
の吐出ポートを設け、前記第２の吐出ポートには
吸込ポート側の圧力により開閉制御される弁を付
設したことを特徴とするスクリユー式真空ポンプ
。 (2) 第２の吐出ポーを、圧縮室の容積が減少し
始める直前の位置に設けたことを特徴とする実用
新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のスクリユー式真
空ポンプ。
