Claims (1)
- 光照射を受けると光電動作する膜状光電変換素
子を透光性支持基板の光入射方向に対して背面側
に配置した光センサと、該光センサへの光照射を
許容する光入射窓及び当該光センサが挿通される
開口部を備えた遮光性の外囲器と、からなり、上
記外囲器の光入射窓から光センサの受光部を臨ま
せた状態に挿通された光センサは上記開口部周辺
の少なくとも一部分を変形せしめた変形部により
当該外囲器内に収納固定されていることを特徴と
した受光装置。
