Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 直流電源に結ばれた加熱コイルと、この加熱コ
    イルとともに共振回路を構成する共振コンデンサ
    と、上記共振回路に共振電流を生成するためのス
    イツチング素子とから成り、このスイツチング素
    子をＯＮ，ＯＦＦ制御することにより加熱コイル
    に高周波電流を発生させ、加熱コイルで高周波交
    番磁界を生成し、この加熱コイルに天板を介して
    近接配置される調理具を誘導加熱する誘導加熱調
    理器において、天板裏面に設けられ上記調理具の
    温度を検出する温度検出手段と調理具の加熱温度
    を設定する第１の温度設定手段と、上記第１の温
    度設定手段での設定温度より低い所定の温度を設
    定する第２の温度設定手段と、この第２の温度設
    定手段と、上記温度検出手段の検出温度が、第２
    の温度設定手段での設定温度に達したとき、スイ
    ツチング素子のスイツチング動作を禁止するとと
    もに一定時間遅延後上記スイツチング動作を再開
    し、検出温度が第１の温度設定手段での設定温度
    に達したとき検出温度がその温度に保たれるよう
    に制御する制御手段と、からなる誘導加熱調理器
    。
