Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 回転冷却体と、 溶融材料を収納し、該溶融材料を回転冷却体の
    表面に噴出する溶融材料噴出ノズルを備える容器
    と、 回転冷却体表面とわずかの間隙を隔てて面状に
    向き合う刃面を有する薄帯の進入防止、方向変換
    のための剥離板と、 前記間隙部近傍に剥離板と隣接して別個にある
    いは一体化して配置し、当該間隙部を目がけて、
    薄帯進行方向と逆方向より気体噴流を吹き付ける
    気体噴出ノズルとを有してなり、かつ前記間隙寸
    法を０．５mm以下とするとともに、気体噴出ノズ
    ルの気体噴出方向を回転冷却体の接線方向に対し
    て２０°以上傾斜させ、また剥離板の薄帯案内面
    を回転冷却体の接線方向に対し７０°以下に傾斜
    して配置し、前記容器の溶融材料噴出ノズルより
    回転冷却体表面上に噴出する溶融材料を急冷固化
    させて連続薄帯となした後、この薄帯を回転冷却
    体表面から連続的かつ強制的に剥離させるごとく
    してなる液体急冷薄帯の製造装置。
