【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、動力を断接する油圧式多板クラツ
チの動力断時に於ける付き廻りを防止する装置に
関する。

考えられるようになつた。

油圧室5を設けると共に、前記円筒状である円筒
壁部7には複数個の切欠部6を油圧室5近傍まで
切込んで設け、一方平板状で円筒壁部7が嵌入す
る中央開口を有しこの中央開口に向かつて掛止爪
8を突設するブレーキ板9を前記円筒壁部7の外
側から該掛止爪8部がハウジングケース2の切欠
部6に嵌入される状態で挿入し、次いで外方から
平板状でドーナツ形の分離板11の平板部に前記
ハウジングケース2の切欠部6を除く円筒壁部7
が挿通される切除部10を開口し、この分離板1
1の切除部10を円筒壁部7に嵌合し、該分離板
11の内周方で前記ハウジングケース2垂直壁部

ウジングケース外方に径大で突出するブレーキ板
のブレーキライニング近傍部を、複数のコイルバ
ネによりブレーキ板をブレーキ壁体の接当面に押
圧接触させてハウジングケース(従動側)の回転
付き廻りを速やかに押えて早急に停止させるか
ら、ハウジングケース外周部を利用した全体寸法
を余り変えない簡単な構成で大容量の制動力を発
揮でき得る効果を奏する。

このクラツチ1を内挿するクラツチハウジングケ
ース2を一側方にのみ垂直壁部3を有する他側開
放の横向き円筒状としてこの垂直壁部3を有する
側にピストン4を開放側から挿入して垂直壁部3
の壁面とピストン4との間に油圧室5を設けると
共に、前記円筒状である円筒壁部7には複数個の
切欠部6を油圧室5近傍まで切込んで設け、一方
平板状で円筒壁部7が嵌入する中央開口を有しこ
の中央開口に向かつて掛止爪8を突設するブレー
キ板9を前記円筒壁部7の外側から該掛止爪8部
がハウジングケース2の切欠部6に嵌入される状
態で挿入し、次いで外方から平板状でドーナツ形
の分離板11の平板部に前記ハウジングケース2
の切欠部6を除く円筒壁部7が挿通される切除部
10を開口し、この分離板11の切除部10を円
筒壁部7に嵌合し、該分離板11の内周方で前記
ハウジングケース2垂直壁部3側に、前記ピスト
ン4の外端面13を接当状とし分離板11の外周
方でブレーキ板9の掛止爪8近傍位置対応部に分
離板11とブレーキ板9とをピストン4側へ常時
押圧するコイルバネ15をハウジングケース2の
切欠部6に沿つて一端部を接当すると共に、この
コイルバネ15の他端部をハウジングケース2側
に取付け、ブレーキ板9の張圧面側に適宜固定の
ブレーキ壁体39の接当面40に押圧されるブレ
ーキライニング16を設けてなる事を特徴とした
油圧式多板クラツチの付き廻り防止装置。
