The device has a cylindrical measuring head, and is provided with a contact that movably protrudes from a window formed in the measuring head and comes into contact with the pipe wall of the object to be measured.
The purpose is to convert the distance between the movable levers that support the contacts into an electrical signal and display the measured value on the display. In such a measuring device, the position of the contact with respect to the movable lever can be adjusted, so that the measurable range of the inner diameter is widened. Therefore, such devices are not capable of measuring absolute dimensions. Therefore, so-called mastering processing is required to set the measurement origin of this device. In other words, use this device to measure a mask whose inner diameter has been precisely measured in advance, calibrate the displayed value so that the displayed value at that time is the true dimension of the mask, and set the measurement origin of the device to a predetermined reference value. Must be set. At this time, in order to increase measurement accuracy, it is necessary to adjust the position of the contact with respect to the movable lever so that the measurement origin is located near the mechanical zero point, which is the center point of linearity. In addition, since the display device is intended for display during measurement, it should display values within a range that can ensure linearity.
Values outside the range are not displayed, and the display range is narrow.

The measured value is O from the lowest limit value indicating the contact is free.
It changes greatly up to the vicinity. Further, the step width of the change is large because the contactor is moved mechanically. For this reason, it is possible that only a narrow range was displayed as during measurement.
It is difficult to grasp how far the contact must be moved to position it near the zero point, and it is difficult to adjust the movement of the contact. The present invention has been made to improve the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to facilitate the setting of the measurement origin during mask ring.

The distance between the movable levers is converted into an electrical quantity by a displacement sensor, and the changed electrical quantity is output as an electrical signal to a control device by a displacement detection circuit. After processing the signal, the control device displays the measured value on the display device. During mask ring, the mode setting means is set to adjustment mode. The contact is brought into contact with the mask and its position is adjusted so that the displayed value is approximately 0 in order to set the measurement origin near the mechanical zero point. The adjustment mode display control section of the control device displays 10 times the minimum digit as a step width when the absolute data is outside the predetermined range when set to the adjustment mode, and indicates that the absolute data is within the predetermined range. When doing so, control the display to the lowest digit. That is, until the measurement origin reaches a predetermined range that includes the mechanical zero point, the display is performed with low precision, making it easier to predict the position of the mechanical zero point. Further, when the value is within a predetermined range, the accuracy of the displayed value is high, so that the mechanical zero point can be accurately positioned. Therefore, the position of the contacts for mastering can be adjusted easily and accurately.

FIG. 1 is a partial sectional view showing the configuration of an inner diameter measuring device according to a specific embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing the electrical configuration of the device. In the figure, 1 is a measuring head, 3 is a gripping part, and 5 is a display head. The cylindrical side surface 10 of the measuring head is fitted onto the tubular measuring object 2 . A pair of windows 11a and llb are provided on the diametrical line of the cylindrical side surface 10, and contacts 12a and 12b are provided so as to be movable in the X-axis direction through the windows. The contacts 12a, 12b are screws 14a, 14
The movable levers 13a and 13b are screwed together by the levers b. The contacts 12a and 12b have contact surfaces 1 at their tips.
20aSb is adjusted by screws 14a and 14b so that it protrudes from the cylindrical side surface 10 and comes into contact with the wall surface 2a of the measurement object 2. The movable levers 13a, 13b are supported by a support plate 15, which is one of the elastic members, and the support plate 15 is fixed to a fixed block 31 protruding from the side wall 30 of the grip portion 3. Also, both movable levers 13a
, 13b are elastically coupled by a coil spring 17, which is another elastic member. The measuring head 1 is fitted onto the object 2 to be measured, and the contacts 12a, b
When the object 2 comes into contact with the wall surface 2a and is pushed inward, the flexible parts 16a, b of the support plate 15 bend inward, the coil spring 17 contracts, and the contacts 12a, b are urged outward. Ru. Therefore, the contact surfaces 120a, b accurately contact the wall surface 2a of the object to be measured. A tubular body 24 is fixed to the movable lever 13b, and a detection coil 21 is disposed inside the tubular body 24. On the other hand, a rod 23 is fixed to the movable lever 13a, and a core 22 is fixed to the tip of the rod 23. The relative position of the core 22 and the coil 21 is determined by the distance between the movable levers 13a1b and, therefore, the distance between the movable levers 13a1b and the contactor 12a.
, b varies in proportion to the interval between them. The displacement sensor 20 having such a configuration has the following characteristics depending on the position of the core 22 with respect to the coil 21.
The inductance changes and the change is detected as an amount of electricity. The measuring head 1 and the gripping part 3 are joined by flanges 18 and 32, and detachably connected by bolts 33. Coil 21 is connected to displacement detection circuit 40 . As a mechanical attachment/detachment mechanism between the display head 5 and the grip portion 3,
A flange 36 is formed integrally with the display head 5, and a fixing ring 37 rotatable and threaded on the inner surface is provided with respect to the flange 36. The flange 36 is attached to the side wall 30
The fixing ring 37 is threadedly engaged with a screw formed in the side wall 30 . Then, the locking plate 59
By abutting against the locking plates 39a and 39b on the side, the display head 5 and the grip portion 3 are aligned. Further, the grip portion 3 and the display head 5 are electrically connected by connectors 34 and 35. Inside the grip portion 3, in addition to the displacement detection circuit 40, a battery 44 and a switching circuit 42 that controls power supply to the displacement detection circuit 40 in accordance with a control signal from the CPU 50 are provided. On the other hand, the front surface of the display head 5 is provided with a display panel 54 and an input switch 56 for setting an operation mode. Inside the display head 5, there is a CPU 50, a timing signal generation circuit 58 connected thereto, a 20M55 that stores a control program, and a RAM that stores constants and the like.
57, a tick circuit 53 for holding a display value, a drive circuit 52, and a capacitor 51 charged from the battery 44. When the display head 5 is electrically connected to the grip part 3, the device provided in the display head 5 is
Power is supplied from the battery 44, and the display head 5 is connected to the grip part 3.
When the capacitor 51 is electrically disconnected from the capacitor 51, power is supplied by the charged capacitor 51. Therefore, even when the display head 5 is removed, the measured values can continue to be displayed on the display panel. The CPU 50 includes a timing signal generation circuit 5
8, the synchronization signal S1 is input as an interrupt signal, and it operates intermittently every time the synchronization signal is input, and during other free time, it is stopped in a mode with low power consumption. In FIG. 2, 34 a-e and 35 a-e are terminals of connectors 34 and 35. Further, the output signal of the timing signal generation circuit 58 is output from the connector terminals 35e and 34e.
, short circuit line 340, terminal 34d. 35d to the interrupt input terminal NMI. By doing so, when the display head 5 is removed, the synchronization signal is not input to the CPU 50, so that the CPU 50 can be automatically stopped. The operation of this configuration will be explained based on the flowchart of FIG. (1) When the time synchronization signal in the adjustment mode is inputted, execution starts from step 100, and absolute data D is read from the displacement detection circuit 40. Next, the setting state of the input switch 56 is detected, and ? J!
When the J adjustment mode is set, the process moves to step 114, and it is determined whether the absolute data D exists within a predetermined range (step 114). When the absolute data D is outside the predetermined range, the absolute data D outputs a signal to the latch circuit 53 for displaying in 101 units. As a result, the minimum digit is O and the data is displayed in units of 10s. Then, the process moves to step 112, and the CPU stops in the low power consumption mode. Execution is restarted from step 100 each time a synchronization signal is input. The inner diameter of the mask is measured, and the positions of the contacts 120a, b are adjusted again so that the displayed value approaches 0. Then, the absolute data D comes to exist within a predetermined range, and in that case, the data is displayed up to the minimum digit in 1 car position (step 118). Due to such processing, data is displayed in units of 10-1 until a predetermined range is reached, making it easier to estimate the position of the mechanical zero point. Moreover, when the value is within the range, it is displayed with high precision, so that the mechanical detection of the seven points can be performed accurately. (2) When in the measurement mode When the input switch 56 is set to the measurement mode, in step 104, the display value M is determined from the absolute data D and the display value DS of the device when starching the true inner diameter S17 of the mask. Calculated. Next, in step 106, the range in which the value exists is determined, and when it is within a predetermined range, the display value M is displayed in units of 1-1, and when it is outside the predetermined range, it is not displayed. In this way, in the measurement mode, measured values are not displayed if the accuracy is not guaranteed. The display head 5 of this device can be removed from the grip 3. When the display head 5 is removed, the device can be operated by electrically connecting the display head 5 and the grip portion 3 with a relay cable. In this case, the display head 5 can be erected regardless of the orientation of the measurement head 1. Note that the present invention can also be applied to an outer diameter measuring device.
