次のような欠点があつた。 This conventional flame-shaped light bulb uses a known miniature light bulb in the shape of a candle flame, so that it looks like a candle flame when lit, and an internal filament 1.
In order to equalize the light emitted by the tube, a milky white paint is applied to the surface of the tube 2, and lead wires 3, 3 drawn out from the tube 2 are provided along both sides of the stem 4.
On top of that is a candle wick-like color (for example, black).
The electrodes 6, 6 are made by folding back the ends of the lead wires 3, 3.
It had the following shortcomings:

However, it is difficult to achieve high mounting accuracy in glass work, and it is not suitable for mass production.

施例を図面により説明すれば次の通りである。 That is, in the present invention, a mounting base with a concave upper end surface is formed on the upper part of the stem part provided with the bottom cover, and guide grooves continuing to the two through holes provided in the bottom cover are provided on both sides of the lower part of the stem part. At the same time, place a miniature light bulb on the upper end surface of the mount, pass its two lead wires through the through hole, fit into the guide groove and pull it out downwards, cover the tube over it, and insert the lead wires. The lower end is folded back to serve as an electrode, and a cap shaped like a candle flame is attached to the bottom cover. An example of this will be described below with reference to the drawings.

As described above, the structure of the present invention has several aspects that make it possible to realize a total manufacturing cost considerably lower than that of a flame-shaped light bulb with a conventional structure, and it also improves the appearance when lit and the ease of manufacturing. Combined with the advantages of its size, it is suitable for the structure of a flame-shaped light bulb. Note that the ventilation holes 11a and 13a in the embodiment are effective as heat radiation holes.
