Claims (1)
- 複数のスイツチング素子をブリツジ状に接続し
てインバータ回路を構成したものにおいて、この
インバータ回路に流れる電流を検出する電流検出
回路と、この電流検出回路の出力に基づいて動作
しかつ直流電源とインバータ回路とを接続する電
源母線に設けるスイツチング回路と、電流検出回
路と直流電源とを接続する電源母線に設ける前記
スイツチング素子のドライバー回路とを備えたこ
とを特徴とする過電流保護回路。
