る。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a coated wire and a stripper thereof, and its object is to provide a coated wire with a shape that allows gas to be vented from the hole when the wire is inserted into a hole in a printed wiring board and soldered. Our objective is to provide a stripper for processing electric wires and their shapes.

が発生し易いものであつた。 Conventionally, when the coating at the end of a covered electric wire is peeled off with a stripper, the end surface 1a of the coating 1 becomes a surface perpendicular to the conductive core wire 2, as shown in FIG. Therefore, when the core wire 2 from which the sheathing has been removed is inserted into the hole 4 of the printed wiring board 3 as shown in FIG. 2, the end face 1a of the sheathing 1 of the coated wire will come into close contact with the top surface of the printed wiring board 3, and there will be no gap. When this is soldered-dipped, the gas generated in the solder 5 cannot escape upward through the holes 4, so a tunnel is formed in the solder 5, and the connection state of the core wire 2 to the conductive foil 6 becomes unstable. It was something to put away. In particular, when the core wire 2 is formed as shown in FIG. 2, the printed wiring board 3 is held between the forming portion 2a of the core wire 2 and the end surface 1a of the sheath 1 to hold the wire. The state of close contact between the end surface 1a and the printed wiring board 3 was further improved, and soldering defects were more likely to occur.

This will be explained with reference to the drawings that follow. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the coated wire of this embodiment has a conductive core wire 11
The outer periphery of the wire is covered with an insulating coating 12, and the coating is removed from the ends (the removed portions are indicated by dotted lines in FIG. 3). It is inclined at an angle α with respect to the plane 14 and forms a V-shape.

Since they are only in contact with each other, the hole 16 remains open upward at the end surfaces 13a and 13b. Therefore, when solder dipping is performed, the gas in the solder 18 escapes upward through the holes 16, so that no tunnel is formed in the solder 18, and the core wire 11 and the conductive foil 19 are reliably connected. This is done by forming the core wire 11 and forming the forming part 11a and the end surface 1.

Two opposing push-cutting blades 20, 21 with a V-shaped cross section
V-shaped cutting edges 20a and 21a are provided on the blades. The push-cutting blades 20 and 21 are designed such that their lower and upper surfaces are in contact with each other in the figure, and the covered electric wire is sandwiched between the V-shaped cutting edges 20a and 21a.
When the blades 20 and 21 are inserted into the sheath 12 up to the point before reaching the core wire 11 and moved in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 7, the sheathed wire is stripped as shown in FIG. 3. Note that 20b and 21b indicate the blade surfaces of the cutting edges.

簡単に作ることができる。 As described above, the coated wire of the present invention has a V-shape formed by two surfaces that are inclined with respect to a plane perpendicular to the core wire so that the coated end surface from which the end portion has been removed becomes thinner toward the tip of the core wire. When the core wire from which the coating has been removed is inserted into a hole in a printed wiring board and soldered, an opening is created in which the gas in the solder escapes through the hole to the top of the board, thereby eliminating soldering defects. In addition, the stripper is formed by two opposing push-cutting blades that sandwich the insulated wire between V-shaped cutting edges and move in the axial direction of the core wire, each of which has two planes inclined with respect to a plane perpendicular to the core wire. Since it has a V-shaped cross-sectional shape, a covered wire with a V-shaped covered end surface as described above can be easily produced by simply holding the covered wire between the cutting edges and moving it in the axial direction of the core wire.
