定箇所を増加させる必要があり、また季節により
ヒートパイプ15の膨張量が異なるため、固定部
の耐久性を低下させるとともに、固定のための締
結具が増加すると、変形しやすいヒートパイプ1

8の上面が弾性フツク部6aの下端を通りすぎる
と、係止部材6の弾性フツク部6aは弾性力によ
り元の状態に復帰するため、弾性フツク部6aの
下端と切欠部9とが係合される。これにより、ヒ
ートパイプ2は集熱器ケース1内に保持固定され
る。また前記切欠部の幅Bと係止部材6の傘軸部
6Cの幅Cとの関係によりヒートパイプユニツト
の横方向の動きDを規制することができ、また季
節温度により膨張差の大きいヒートパイプユニツ
トの縦方向の動きEは、切欠部9の奥行き寸法F
を考慮することにより、容易に吸収することがで
きるため、ヒートパイプ2の保持部に応力がかか
ることはなくなる。そしてまた前記ヒートパイプ
2の蒸発部2aには多数のL型フイン10を設け
