本考案はフロートを利用した微量液流量調節装

従来の液流量調節計は一般に流量を検出する指
示計とその指示に従い流量を制御する制御弁から
なつている。このような液流量調節計は適正流量
の巾が大きく微量の流量調節には適さない場合が
多い。また貯槽より自然流下によつて所定の微量
流量の液を取り出す場合は貯槽内の液面変動によ
り流量が微妙に変動する。その1例を示すと第1
図において貯槽1内の液面レベルが通常の液面制
御法によりポンプ等で導入される入液の自動弁
V1をオンオフすることにより制御されており、
貯槽内液が弁V2,V3を通つて自然流下により排
出され、この中弁V3の出液を微量かつ一定量に
保とうとする場合、弁V2の出液は弁V3流量の数
倍乃至数百倍となることが多く貯槽内液面はかな
り変動する。これによつて弁V3の出液の流量が

り、保持管3の内部には上部開口管4がビス5等
の保持具により脱着可能に保持されている。上部
開口管4はフロート2が液面に浮ぶ際、その液面
より下方位置に液流入用の側口6が穿たれており
その基部は軟質合成樹脂、ゴム等の可撓性管7に
接続されている。第3図は第1図の貯槽1に本考
案装置を取りつけた場合の概略図を示し、第2図
のフロート部は可撓性管7を介して排出口8に取

管4も浮動するので側口6位置と液面とのヘツド
差hは常に一定に保たれ一定量の微量流量液が排
出されることとなる。この場合フロート2を包囲
するガイド9を貯槽1の側壁等に取つけフロート
2の揺動を防ぐようにする。このガイド9は液面
が上下する際、フロート2がその内方を円滑に上
下するものであればいかなる形状であつてもよ
い。またフロート2は中空部の容量および重量に
より液面との相関位置が決定されるのでいかなる
形状であつてもよい。保持管3、上部開口管4は
硬質合成樹脂あるいは金属材質でつくられる。ま
たビス5の締付位置を変えてフロート2と上部開
口管4との関係位置を変更すればヘツド差hが増
減するので微量液流量の変更を簡単に行うことが
