When configuring a mounting type inductor, by pulling out the terminal from the middle of the side of the pobbin at an angle toward the bottom, it is possible to easily connect the coil terminal to the terminal, and to reduce the electric power when mounted on one side. This improves the stability and reliability of physical and mechanical connections, and also eliminates the negative influence of the terminals on the pobbin molding die, making it possible to perform the pobbin molding operation reliably.

The coil winding portion 101 is formed to have a circular cross section, and the flange portion 102 is formed to have a rectangular cross section larger than the outer shape of the coil winding portion 101. The bottom surface 102a of the collar portion 102 is used as a mounting surface.

This is the terminal for connecting. In FIG. 7, the terminal 3 is drawn out horizontally in parallel from the bottom surface 102a using a metal plate material, and
In the figure, the side surface 102b or 10 is made of a similar metal plate material.
A drawer extends from the middle of 2c in a direction parallel to the bottom surface 102a. Further, in FIG. 9, a terminal 3 formed from a metal plate material into a crank shape is used. That is, the drawer portion 33 pulled out laterally from the side surfaces 102b and 102c of the pot bin I
is bent at a substantially right angle in the direction of the bottom surface 102a to form a raised portion 31, and further bent laterally in the vicinity of the bottom surface 102a to form a crank-shaped mounting portion 32, and a coil is attached to the pull-out portion 33. The terminal 21 is wrapped around it.

Surface mounting can be performed on the conductor pattern 43 that has been formed. However, since the coil terminal 21 is connected to the portion that is connected and fixed to the conductor pattern 43, the coil wire diameter is lifted up, which is disadvantageous in achieving a thinner structure. Moreover, when one terminal 3 is attached half LU 5 during surface mounting on one circuit board 4L, other unsoldered terminals 3 float up from above the circuit board 4, and the conductor pattern 43
A gap gl is generated between the terminal 3 and the terminal 3. For this reason, there is a problem in that the reliability of soldering the floating terminals 3 is significantly reduced.

A cap g2 is formed between the conductor pattern 43 and the terminal 3, which causes problems such as the occurrence of some terminals 3 not connected to the conductor pattern 43, resulting in a lack of reliability. Furthermore, when one terminal 3 is soldered 5, other unsoldered terminals may float up, as in the case of FIG. 10.

The advantage is that it can be surface mounted.

If the vertical dimensions and bending angles of the terminals 3 vary due to forming errors, there are problems such as damage to the molding die.

The width d3 is approximately 1.6 mm, and the distance f from the side surfaces 102b and 102C to the tip of the mounting portion 32! It is normal that l d 2 is limited to about
2b or 102C is approximately 0.7 mm. Further, the coil 2 uses a wire having a diameter of about 0.1 mm, and is generally wound several turns in order to ensure reliability of mechanical and electrical connection. Therefore, it is not preferable to form the terminal 3 after the coil end 21 is tied around the terminal 3 because it may damage the wire, and the coil end 21 will inevitably be tied to the terminal after forming.

This is done by moving the nozzle of the winding machine around the terminal 3 while feeding out the wire. Therefore, terminal 3
Space is required around the area for the nozzle to move around, but it is impossible to move a nozzle with an outer diameter of about 1m+s as shown by arrow a. The coil terminal 21 has no choice but to be tied to the portion 33. For this reason, the coil terminal 21 is recessed into the drawer portion 3 through the interval d1, which has a minute dimension of about O,'7wtx.
3, and even a slight deviation in the movement path of the nozzle can cause problems such as the tip of the nozzle colliding with the bobbin or the coil terminal 21 getting caught in the mounting part 32. , the distance d1 is approximately 0.7 mm, while the wire diameter is 0.7 mm. ll1i coil terminal 2
1 has to be wound seven turns, and it is difficult to secure a space for winding the nozzle, taking into account errors in the movement path of the nozzle.

As shown by the dotted line (A) in FIG. 13, if there are variations in the vertical dimension or bending angle of the terminal 3,
, H are applied with excessive force to hold the terminal 3 into its normal shape, resulting in damage to the molds A and B.

In the inductor with one surface side of the bobbin as the mounting surface, the terminal is arranged such that the distance between the terminal and the side surface increases toward the bottom surface from halfway along the side surface when viewed in the height direction with the mounting surface as the bottom surface. According to the present invention, the special feature is that #1 is installed obliquely so that the distance between the two is increased. When adding terminals to a pobbin, the distance between the inductor and the side increases as it goes from the middle of the side toward the bottom when viewed in the height direction with the mounting surface of the pobbin as the bottom. Because it is installed at an angle,
Surface mounting is possible by wrapping the coil terminal around the inclined portion and positioning the tip of the terminal without the coil terminal on the conductor pattern of the circuit board. Therefore, floating due to the coil terminal and the half FF3 attachment can be prevented from floating and surface mounting can be performed stably.

Therefore, the coil end can be wrapped below the terminal through this triangular space, making the work of wrapping the coil terminal easier, and by wrapping the coil end around the inclined part, the dimensions can be expanded. You can secure enough binding space without any problems.

In addition to preventing damage etc., sufficient mechanical strength of the molding die can be ensured.

When the terminal 3 and the pobbin 1 are integrally molded using the molding molds A and B after forming, even if the dimensions of the inclined portion 31 of the terminal 3 vary due to forming errors,
This variation is absorbed by the internal space C of the molds A and B, which corresponds to the inside of the bobbin I. In addition, even if the angle of the sloped part 31 varies, the bending part that affects the molds A and H is only at one place between the sloped part 31 and the mounting part 32, so the elasticity of the terminal 3 is easily absorbed. For this reason, gold)
JjA, B will not be damaged.

In this case, the terminal is installed at an angle from the middle of the side surface toward the bottom surface when viewed in the height direction with the mounting surface as the bottom surface, so that the distance between the terminal and the side surface increases toward the bottom surface. The following effects can be obtained because of the following characteristics.
