Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 液体ヘリウム液面計の検出部のパイプ内に、非
    晶質金属よりなる超電導抵抗線を一定の張力で取
    付けるために、検出部のパイプの一端に調節ナツ
    トを固定し、該調節ナツトのネジ部に張力調整部
    品を設け、該張力調整部品は超電導抵抗線を挿入
    出来る貫通孔と、端部に超電導抵抗線をカシめた
    圧着端子を保持する保持基部を有する、液体ヘリ
    ウム液面計の張力調整部品を有する検出部。
