Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) レーザ光を試料に照射し、試料からのラマ
    ン散乱光を分光器で分光した後、検出器で電気信
    号に変換し、その電気信号を計測制御部で処理し
    てラマン散乱光の強度を表示記録するラマン測定
    装置において、測定波数の検出データに応じて減
    光器を作動させ、該減光器を光路中に入れてレー
    ザ光を減光又はカツトすることを特徴とするラマ
    ン測定装置。 (2) 前記測定波数が０cm−１及びその近傍であ
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載のラマン
    測定装置。 (3) 前記検出データがデータプロセツサからの
    指令である実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載
    のラマン測定装置。 (4) 前記検出データが検出器からの電気信号を
    増巾する増巾器の出力で、該出力を減光器位置決
    め基準と比較器で比較し、該比較器出力で減光器
    を作動させる実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記
    載のラマン測定装置。 (5) 減光器のモータ移動量をフイードバツク制
    御する実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載のラ
    マン測定装置。
