Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) サンプルを吸引し、それを分離部へ注入し
    た後、洗浄液を用いて洗浄を行い、以後この工程
    を繰返す液体クロマトグラフイー用の自動サンプ
    ル注入装置において、サンプルをサンプルループ
    へ吸引すると同時にサンプルループ中の溶離液を
    マイクロシリンジ内に吸い込み、サンプル注入後
    該溶離液をマイクロシリンジから押出し、サンプ
    ル吸引ニードルを含む配管系の洗浄を行うことを
    特徴とする自動サンプル注入装置。 (2) サンプル吸引ニードル、サンプルループの
    一端と他端、分離部、送液部及びマイクロシリン
    ジにそれぞれ連通する六方バルブを用い、六方バ
    ルブの一位置において試料の吸引と溶離液のマイ
    クロシリンジ内への吸い込みを用い、六方バルブ
    の他位置において試料の注入と溶離液のマイクロ
    シリンジからの押出しによる洗浄を行う実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の自動サンプル注入
    装置。 (3) 洗浄液として前記溶離液を２００μｌ以上
    用いる実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の自
    動サンプル注入装置。
