ハウジングとクラツチ結合するスライドギヤと、
内周部で固定系スピンドルに係合して回転を抑止
された第2のブレーキ部材と、リテーナの第1の
カム部と係合してスラスト力を発生するカム部を
有し前記スラスト力に基づき前記第2のブレーキ
部材との間に制動力を発生する第1のブレーキ部
材と、前記第2のブレーキ部材の軸方向内方にお
いて前記固定系スピンドル外周上に螺着されたロ
ツクナツトと、前記スライドギヤの外周部に軸方
向移動可能にスプライン結合されたカムと、該カ
ムと係合する第2のカム部と前記第1のブレーキ
部材と係合する第1のカム部とを有したリテーナ
を備えたハブ・ロツクにおいて、 前記ロツクナツトは前記第2ブレーキ部材と直
接係合し、該第2ブレーキ部材によつて回転を禁
止されていることを特徴とするハブ・ロツク。
