Claims (1)
- ガス配管１の高圧側の圧力を差圧センサー本体
１３のダイヤフラム２の一側の隔室３に加え、ガ
ス配管１の低圧側の圧力を該ダイヤフラム２の他
側の隔室４に加え、両隔室３，４の差圧によるダ
イヤフラム２の移動や変形を検出するガス漏洩検
知用差圧センサーにおいて、前記高圧側隔室３を
ガス配管１に接続する流路５に該流路５を開閉す
る弁６と、従動ダイヤフラム８を内蔵した内圧安
定器７とを挿入し、該従動ダイヤフラム８の一側
の隔室９を前記高圧側隔室３に連通させ、該内圧
安定器７には従動ダイヤフラム８を前記隔室９の
内圧に対応して内筒本体１０の中間位置に保持す
る調整バネ１１を装備したことを特徴とするガス
漏洩検知用差圧センサー。
