Claims (1)
- 流体の入口１と出口２および弁座３を有する弁
本体４と、前記弁座３に対向して配置された弁体
６と、前記弁体６の前記弁座３と反対側に形成さ
れた背圧室７と、前記出口２側の管路または流体
の輸送目的地とパイロツト管路１０によつて連通
されたパイロツト室８と、前記パイロツト室８と
入口１とを連通させたバイパス路９および前記背
圧室７とパイロツト室８またはバイパス路９とを
連通させた背圧路１２と、前記背圧室７を前記パ
イロツト室８またはバイパス路９と常時連通させ
る絞り通孔１８を有し背圧室７へ向かつて閉じる
弾性材料で作られた弁体１７を具え前記背圧路１
２に設けられた逆止弁１５とからなる自動開閉弁
。
