- 導電パターンと電気的に接続されてろる半導体
チツプがパツケージに埋設されている半導体装置
において、一方の電極が前記導体パターンに電気
的に接続され他方の電極が前記半導体チツプに電
気的に接続されているインダクタを備えているこ
とを特徴とする半導体装置。
