In vehicles equipped with a front cab suspension consisting of a shock absorber or coil spring, the load acting on the cab suspension may fluctuate due to the various interior and exterior parts mounted on the cab, or due to aging. As a result of changes in the spring force of the cab suspension spring, there was a problem in which the cab was mounted in an unbalanced position relative to the chassis frame.

The present invention has been devised in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, and extends in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body, and is rotatable about an axis along the width direction of the vehicle at positions separated from each other in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body relative to the chassis frame and the cab. The lower bracket is equipped with a shaft-mounted lower bracket, and a spring that is compressed between a portion of the lower bracket between the shaft-mounted portions of the chassis frame and the cab and the cab and supports the load of the cab. The front cab suspension includes a height adjustment mechanism interposed between the spring and the lower bracket, and the height adjustment mechanism supports the lower end of the spring and slides vertically on the lower bracket. a spring seat bracket that is fitted so as to be movable and has an elongated hole extending in the vertical direction; and a spring seat bracket that is inserted through the elongated hole of the spring seat bracket and screwed onto the lower bracket when tightened. and a height adjustment screw that is screwed onto the lower bracket and has an axis extending in the vertical direction, and whose upper end abuts the spring seat bracket. It features a front cab suspension device.

According to the present invention, the height of the cab in the vertical direction can be freely adjusted by the height adjustment mechanism, thereby solving the problems of the conventional device. Further, the height adjustment mechanism is configured to rotate the height adjustment screw to adjust the spring seat bracket to a desired height relative to the lower bracket, and then tighten the fastening screw to adjust the height of the spring seat bracket to a desired height. Since the displacement of the spring seat bracket with respect to the lower bracket is restricted, the force is transmitted between the spring seat bracket on the cab side and the lower bracket on the chassis frame side not only by the height adjustment screw but also by the tightening screw. A mounting screw can also be used as the path.

Therefore, force is not concentrated on the height adjustment screw, so if a large force is transmitted between the cab and the chassis frame due to vibrations while driving or impact when passing over a bump on the road surface, etc. However, it has the effect of greatly reducing problems caused by breakage or damage of the height adjustment screw. An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. Reference numeral 1 indicates a cab provided on a chassis frame 2 so as to be tiltable, and arrows in FIG. 1 indicate cab frame 3 and chassis frame 2. The front cab suspension is interposed between the front cab suspension, which will be explained in more detail with reference to FIGS. A lower bracket 7 is fixed to the cab frame 3 at one end, and an upper bracket 7 is fixed at the other end via a pin 8 at a position away from the shaft attachment portion of the lower bracket 5 to the fixed bracket 4 in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body. , 9 is a shock absorber provided between the upper bracket 7 and a portion of the lower bracket 5 located further forward than the tilt pin 6 of the vehicle body. In addition, if this shock absorber 9 is provided at a different location, it goes without saying that the lower bracket 5 only needs to be present between the shaft attachment portions of the tilt pin 6 and pin 8. Reference numeral 10 denotes a spring seat receiving bracket (hereinafter referred to as spring seat bracket) which has a cross-sectional shape and is slidably fitted to the lower bracket 5, and there is a space between the top surface serving as the spring seat and the upper bracket 7. mount spring 11
will be reduced. Note that if the upper bracket 7 does not exist above the spring seat bracket 10, it is also possible to configure the mount spring 11 so that the upper end thereof comes into contact with the lower surface of the cab 1. In short, the mount spring 11 is the spring seat bracket 10
It is arranged to bias the cab 1 in the direction of lifting it. A guide slit 12 is bored in the spring seat bracket 10, and a fastening screw 13 is passed through the guide slit 12. In addition,
The spring seat bracket 10 is located between the two shaft attachment portions of the lower bracket 5. 14 is a locking nut fixed to the lower bracket 5, 15
is a height adjustment screw screwed into the same nut 14,
A stopper portion 16 is formed at the upper end of the spring seat bracket 10 so as to pass through the spring seat bracket 10. These lower bracket 5, spring seat bracket 10, fastening screw 1
3. The locking nut 14 and the height adjustment screw 15 constitute a height adjustment mechanism.

Since this embodiment has the above configuration, when adjusting the height of the cab 1 in the vertical direction, first
3, operate the height adjustment screw 15, displace the spring seat bracket 10 vertically with respect to the lower bracket 5 along the guide slot 12, and tighten the fastening screw 13 again at the predetermined position to tighten the spring seat bracket 10. Fix it to the lower bracket 5.

According to this embodiment, the height of the cab 1 in the vertical direction can be freely adjusted by the height adjustment mechanism, so that the problems of the conventional device described above can be solved. Furthermore, the height adjustment mechanism has a height adjustment screw 1.
After adjusting the spring seat bracket 10 to the desired height relative to the lower bracket 5 by rotating the spring seat bracket 5, the displacement of the spring seat bracket 10 relative to the lower bracket 5 is restricted by tightening the fastening screw 13. The transmission of force between the spring seat bracket 10 on the cab 1 side and the lower bracket 5 on the chassis frame 2 side can be conducted not only through the height adjustment screw 15 but also through the tightening screw 13. can.

Therefore, force is not concentrated on the height adjustment screw 15, so that a large force is not transmitted between the cab 1 and the chassis frame 2 due to vibrations during driving or impact when passing over a bump on the road surface. Even if the height adjustment screw 15 is broken or damaged, it is possible to greatly reduce problems caused by damage.
