That is.

る。 However, conventional decorative materials using ceramic materials of this type were generally made by drawing a pattern on the surface of the fired product, such as decorative tiles, and then glazing it, which required a lot of time and effort for molding. Despite this, it has been difficult to provide firing products that are thin or wide. In particular, when the thickness is made thinner and wider, molding distortion is induced in the fired product, making it difficult to achieve flat surface properties as a decorative material.

By using a base as a base material, it is possible to provide a relatively large-sized panel material with a decorative surface completely resembling an oil painting. The panel materials provided using this method have a mixture of the massiness unique to oil paintings and the massiness unique to ceramics, making them unique, especially historical materials that have been preserved for many years. It gives the painting a unique look and gives it a classical sense of weight. A fabric soaked in muddy clay is stretched onto the clay surface, and this is dried to form an original plate for painting. Then, the surface of the original fabric is appropriately decorated and then fired or glazed. In view of the fact that the molding is done by firing, the following specific molding method and considerable equivalent means accompanying these examples are planned.

First, water was added to one side of the prepared porcelain paper to moisten it, and a weak, so-called soft mud-like clay 2 containing a particularly high amount of moisture was applied onto the first side of the porcelain paper. It is something. It should be noted that the coating thickness of this clay 2 does not necessarily have to be thick or uniform, but it is sufficient to apply it according to each person's taste, and it can be used for the following processing. In this case, these painted clays 2 provide the created painting surface with the same kind of sense of mass as the applied oil paint.

It is attached almost integrally to the surface.

It is something. In addition, when it comes to special glazes and raster finishes that create cracks in the glaze or precipitate crystals, it goes without saying that the coloring is done in anticipation of such a finished surface. It is.

である。 The method of forming a ceramic painting panel according to the present invention utilizes the characteristic structure mentioned above, in particular ceramic paper, and simply attaches gauze fabric 3 on one side of the ceramic paper to create a canvas-like shape. It is extremely simple and inexpensive because it is possible to construct a panel master plate, it is possible to apply the painting using the normal painting method, and it is possible to create the ceramic plate using the normal firing method. We were able to provide a painting panel that resembles an oil painting and is full of taste and quality.

ものである。 In particular, when the attached gauze fabric 3 is fired, the weaving threads themselves are heated and erased, and threads corresponding to the weaving threads are formed on the constituent canvas-like panel surface, and moisture contained between the weaving threads is doubled. The texture of the gauze fabric 3 was made to stand out by molding and drying the panel material in the same state, and the thickness of the clay 2 used as the base was made random, creating an appearance that looked as if it had been coated with oil paint. Because of the shape, we were able to create a panel material that has the mass, patina, and weight of an oil painting, which is commonly seen as a vintage piece.

For this reason, it is said to be an oil painting-like painting with a pale old color.
