Generally, seaweed is collected from seaweed fields under the sea using a collection vessel such as a small boat, transferred to the mother ship using a pump installed on the mother ship, and when the planned amount of collection has been reached, it is brought ashore. After washing with tap water, the water is separated.

However, in conventional collection, when transporting seaweed from a small collection vessel to a mother ship, the seaweed is passed through a pump, so the blades of the pump cut the seaweed into pieces, and some seaweed cells rupture and die. There is a disadvantage that a lot of seaweed dies, and that the freshness of the seaweed decreases due to the fact that it remains unwashed for a long time, surrounded by attached bacteria, etc., and the quality of the seaweed decreases significantly. Furthermore, since the washing machine is lifted up from the mother ship and washed with tap water, a separate washing process is required, and conventional washing machines are extremely large, so they cannot be mounted on the mother ship.

The present invention focused on the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks and was developed with the aim of improving them. The seaweed collected on a small collection vessel is transferred to the mother ship together with seawater using seawater as working water, and the seaweed is transferred to the mother ship. Another object of the present invention is to provide a transporting and processing device for seaweed that can continuously complete washing and seawater separation processes in a short period of time using seawater as working water.

In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, a suction pipe for sucking seaweed from a small collection vessel is connected to the side of an ejector installed on a mother vessel and through which seawater pumped by a pump passes, and a suction pipe for sucking seaweed from a small collection vessel is connected to It has a configuration in which a washer is connected to the outlet side, which has a washing chamber that generates a rotational flow in the seawater containing seaweed to wash the seaweed, and the negative pressure generated when the seawater flow passes through the ejector allows the seawater to be collected on a small collection vessel through a suction pipe. The seaweed is mixed with seawater and sent into the washing chamber of the washing machine, and the seawater that enters the washing chamber is stirred and washed by the turbulent flow of seawater, and then the seawater is separated and washed while passing through a screen tube. By collecting only the finished seaweed, the seaweed does not pass through the pump, so it does not cause any damage such as being cut, and because it is washed with seawater in the washing machine, it is not separated separately like before. Since all of the processing equipment is compactly constructed, the entire process can be completed in a short time on the mother ship, and the seaweed can be unloaded while maintaining its quality and freshness. It has many characteristics that make it possible to do so.

The ejector 1 has a pump 6 connected to the inlet side of its outer casing 5 via a hose 7 for pumping up seawater.
A suction pipe 9 is connected to one side of the outer casing 5 to suck up seaweed collected on a small collection boat 8 directly from the boat or from a storage tank, and the seawater pumped up by the pump 6 is sent to the diffuser of the ejector 1. 1
The negative pressure generated in the outer casing 5 when flowing out through the suction pipe 9 causes the seaweed to be sucked from the small collection boat 8 through the suction pipe 9, mixed with seawater in the connecting pipe 10, and then drained out. ing.

A washer 2 connected to the outlet side of the ejector 1 via a connecting pipe 10 performs a cleaning operation without power using seawater discharged from the ejector 1, and a cross section is shown in FIG. As shown in FIG.
a, 11a, . Therefore, when the seawater flowing in through this connecting pipe 10 hits the polygonal inner surfaces 11a, 11a, etc. as shown by the arrow, the seawater flow containing seaweed collides with the inner surfaces 11a, 11a,... The flow is disturbed and the seaweed contained in the seawater is washed away. Note that the shape of the washer 2 is not limited to the above-mentioned shape, and the same effect can be obtained even if the washer 2 is formed into a cylindrical shape having an uneven inner surface.

The screen tube 3 for seawater separation connected to the outlet side of the washer 2 has a cylindrical shape as shown in typical examples in FIGS. 4 and 5, and in the case of FIG. 4, it has a ring shape. In the case of FIG. 5, the linear members 12 are formed in parallel in the axial direction. Any of the above linear members 1
2 also has an isosceles triangular cross section, as shown in an enlarged cross section in FIG. 6, and its base constitutes the inner circumferential surface of the screen tube 3, and this inner surface 12a is a smooth surface. This linear member 12 is fixed at the outer peripheral portion by a plurality of holding members 13, 13, attached in the axial direction in the case of FIG. 4, and a ring fitted in the circumferential direction in the case of FIG. It is fixed by holding members 13', 13', . . . In both cases of FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the adjacent linear member 1
A gap 14 for seawater discharge is formed between the two.

In the case of the screen tube 3 shown in FIG. 5 above, it is possible to form the screen tube 3 in the axial direction into a tube shape, which is advantageous in terms of manufacturing and also reduces the flow of seaweed that mixes with seawater and flows. It is advantageous in that it does not interfere. However, the cross-sectional shape of the linear member 12 is not necessarily limited to a triangular cross-section, but may be round, square, or the like. In addition to the above-mentioned linear members, the screen tube can also be formed of wire mesh or punched metal as long as it has a smooth inner surface.

When a planned amount of seaweed is collected from the sea by the small collection vessel 8, when the pump 6 on the mother vessel 4 is started to pump up seawater, the seawater flows out of the ejector 1 and generates negative pressure, causing the suction pipe to Seaweed is sucked in from the small collection boat 8 through 9, mixed with seawater in a connecting pipe 10, and sent into the washer 2.

By the new seawater and seaweed flowing into the washer 2, the washed seaweed and seawater are pushed out of the outlet and flow into the screen tube 3. The seawater containing seaweed that has flowed into the screen tube 3 flows smoothly along the smooth inner surface 12a of the linear members 12 that constitute the inner peripheral surface of the screen tube 3. The seawater 4 is drained from the gap 14, and since the gap 14 expands outward from the cross-sectional shape of the linear member 12, the drainage is good, and only seaweed is collected from the end.

Therefore, all the integrated processing operations of transferring from the small collection vessel 8, washing the seaweed, and separating the seawater are performed on the mothership 4, and when the seaweed is unloaded from the mothership 4, it is treated as seaweed that has been washed with seawater. It is possible to obtain high-quality seaweed without any accumulation or death or death of the seaweed.

As described above, the seaweed transfer processing device according to the present invention does not require a pump to be transferred from a small collection vessel to a mother ship, so there is no cutting by blades as in the past, which reduces the quality of seaweed. There is no
In addition, the washing method uses the flow of the seawater itself for transporting seaweed to agitate and wash the seaweed, without using power.
It can be constructed continuously without incorporating a separate washing process, and therefore the washing machine itself can be made extremely compact and does not take up much space even when mounted on a mother ship. It is done in a short amount of time, so it does not lose its freshness. In addition, the screen tube allows seaweed to flow smoothly, does not cause poor drainage due to clogging, and is easy to maintain, making it an excellent method for collecting seaweed without damaging it and maintaining high quality and freshness. Effects can be obtained.
