- 電界効果トランジスタの入出力の静電容量の測
定装置において、二端子入力型の容量計と、リー
ドフレーム上にある電界効果トランジスタの各電
極にそれぞれ接触させる接触電極を設けた測定ヘ
ツド部とを有することを特徴とする静電容量測定
装置。
